Legal Agreements for Sellers

When you have spoken to the mortgage broker, and know what the financing arrangements will look like, it will be time to familiarize yourself with the Joint Venture Agreement. We will help you fill it out, if you like, and you are welcome to take it to your lawyer to answer any questions or concerns. Beacon Law has created our current agreement and are available for consultation.
